Shipping fees
Standard shipping costs 6$ when the order is below 50. Orders reaching the free-shipping minimum qualify for free standard shipping.
Carriers and tracking
Possible carriers include DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and YunExpress. The carrier used for an individual order may depend on the destination, shipping route and operational arrangements.
All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.
Address accuracy and changes
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. You may request an address change before dispatch by contacting support@durqian.com. After dispatch, address changes are not guaranteed and may depend on the carrier.
Lost parcels
- Contact support@durqian.com if a parcel has not arrived for an extended period or appears lost.
- We review the tracking information.
- We investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier.
- You may be asked for reasonable delivery information where needed.
- If the parcel is confirmed lost, we offer a reshipment or refund.
