Primary card methods
Payments are processed through Stripe. The primary card methods shown are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Additional options may be available where displayed on the Payment or Checkout page.
Payment processing
Payment details are submitted through the checkout flow and processed by Stripe and relevant payment networks.
Authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may approve, decline or request additional verification for a transaction.
Payment declines
If a payment is declined, check the entered information and contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Customer support cannot override an issuer’s authorization decision.
Payment security
Payments use secure payment-processing mechanisms provided through the checkout flow. Do not send a full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN or security code through ordinary customer-service email.
Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs or import charges, where applicable, are separate.
Currency
The website uses $ as the configured currency symbol. Review the amount and currency shown at checkout before payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds generally return to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after return review, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
